A brief history: Noriyuki was born into a rich family, full of old money and power. This means that childhood was, for all intents and purposes, all sunshine and rainbows. He got whatever he asked for, and never wanted for anything. Well, aside from parents, that is. They died in an airplane crash when he was very young, so he and his brother Seiichi were left to be raised by their grandparents. And being the only remaining heirs to their family name, the elders doted on them.

Noriyuki was a good, honorable Japanese boy, graduating from Hokkaido U with top marks. His brother, as the eldest, took over their family's record company. Noriyuki, for his part, took on a job there as a band manager. During his work there, he met his wife, Chisaki, and sometime after their third child was born Noriyuki was assigned to a strange band called B*tchSLAP 101. He found that they were a decidedly wierd band, but they are growing on him nontheless, regardless of the fact that they act very similarly (or worse) to his children.
Five Random Facts:
-Called "Seaweed" by Tsunami. It doesn't irritate him as much as he makes it out to be.
-His children's names are Toshiko, Natsumi, and Ryuu, respectively.
-He has cheated on his wife only once, when they were going through a rough patch in their marriage and it seemed that divorce was ahead of them. It was with a man.
-He once tried to get a nose piercing, but caught the flu when it was still healing. The constant rubbing of tissues on the healing area hurt too much, so he simply took it out.
-He knows how to play the guitar--in school, he had dreams of being in a band. He gave those up to be a good grandson and to live a responsible life. It is this reason, perhaps, that he grows so close to the bands he manages (he still keeps in touch with the band he governed before SLAP).
