A brief history: Kimihiro showed an aptitude for his studies at an early age, doing very well in school and proving to be a son his parents could be proud of. The middle child of his parents' three boys, he was expected to attend college like his elder brother, find a wife, and settle down with children. However, when he went off to Tokyo to try and get into a good university, he awoke in a hung-over state only to find himself apparently the new member of some band. Unable to go back on his word (he hates breaking promises) and finding this to be a glorious opportunity to rebel for once in his life against his parents' plan for his future, he stayed on.

-He tries to stay in touch with his family as much as possible--he hopes that someday his father and eldest brother will forgive him for choosing this life.
