History: Samuel has always been a bit of a loner, mostly not by choice. Born as the only child to a single mother, he had a hard time keeping her attention as she focused more on providing for him than actually being around him. At school, he was hardly noticed at all, most of the other kids in class ignoring him in favor of others. He was confused at first, but as he got older, he realized that it didn’t have to do with his personality or anything, it was just that people couldn’t see him. Hardly at all, really. His mother did, of course, but not anyone else. Sometimes one or two people would realize he was there and actually talk to him, and whenever that happened, he was ecstatic. He’s found that, if someone pays attention long enough to get a basic sense of who he is, they have a higher percentage of noticing him more often. However, it is hard to even get that.

He is rather sickly and fragile, with a bad habit of letting his blood pressure get too low. In order to keep him alive, he is kept on a diet most of the time because he does not eat very much, even though his body needs the nutrition. He is rather lax in keeping up with this diet, and as such has ruitine check-ups by the staff every few weeks. If they find that he has not been doing as he’s told, they often force him to eat, keeping a constant watch on him. He has attempted suicide in the past, and it is unclear whether or not he will try again.
